Mirza

I'm a breaking athlete with national-team experience, a former gymnastics coach, and the founder of Camp Hermes. I merge strength training, mobility work, and freestyle skill into one discipline I call functional freestyle movement, and I coach people the same way I train myself.

One discipline

Most training plans pick one lane. A powerlifting program builds strength and leaves the hips stiff, while a stretching routine frees the hips without adding strength. I train as a hybrid athlete. Heavy lifts, slow skill progressions, deep mobility work, and freestyle practice share my week and feed each other.

Functional freestyle movement means one session can move from weighted squats to handstand practice to breaking drills, because the body I battle with on stage is the same body I lift with in the gym. Behind the method are my years of breaking with Drunk Steps Crew, national-team competition, gymnastics coaching, and performances across more than fifteen countries.

The training wiki

Everything I teach in my sessions ends up here. My coached workouts have been recorded since 2024, and the advice I repeat the most is written up as articles on every movement and topic I coach. Pick a skill you are working on and read what I tell my athletes about it.

Camp Hermes

Where men are forged.

Camp Hermes is the training camp I founded in the mountains. We train outdoors through brutal sessions, eat high-quality meat, and push past our limits together. The camp runs its own rank system, and you can take the Hero Rank Test on its site to see where you stand.
